Kat is a compassionate mental health coach and trauma specialist dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. She supports children, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, OCD), life transitions, relationships, and women’s issues.

With a Master’s in Counseling (with an additional Child Specialization) from The Family Institute at Northwestern University, Kat is trained in Brainspotting—a trauma-informed therapy that helps release emotional and physical blockages—as well as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD.

Blending over a decade of experience as a music educator and classical performer with her therapeutic work, Kat brings creativity, empathy, and a holistic approach to every session. She has taught in schools, libraries, museums, and even at Memorial Sloan Kettering’s pediatric oncology unit, inspiring growth and self-expression at every stage of life.

Currently practicing in a trauma- and neurodivergence-focused private practice in Manhattan, Kat offers a warm, supportive space for healing, connection, and transformation.

With over 40 years of multifaceted nursing experience, Susan is a highly skilled Registered Nurse with a background in case management, critical care, dialysis, home care, long-term care, rehabilitation nursing, life-care planning, integrative nurse life coaching, and holistic nursing. Her extensive background includes serving as an Adult and Geriatric Case Management Consultant, Legal Nurse Consultant, and Wound Care Specialist. Susan combines her clinical expertise with a comprehensive, client-centered approach as an Integrative Nurse Life Coach, empowering clients to achieve health, wellness, career, and life goals.

Susan is a seasoned Registered Nurse with over 40 years of experience in acute care, wound care, home care, and holistic nursing. As an Integrative Nurse Life Coach, she blends clinical expertise with a compassionate, whole-person approach to help clients achieve health, balance, and personal growth.

She supports individuals, families, and professionals in navigating health challenges, reducing stress, and building sustainable self-care practices. Drawing on mindfulness, meditation, Reiki, and other holistic techniques, Susan creates an empowering space for healing and transformation.

In addition to her coaching, Susan is a Legal Nurse Consultant and Case Manager, providing expert insight and advocacy to ensure clients receive the care and resources they need. She is also a trusted provider of continuing education, offering presentations on topics such as nutrition, wound prevention, and adult and geriatric care.

Grounded in both Eastern and Western practices, Susan’s evidence-based, integrative approach fosters resilience, growth, and lasting well-being—whether working with individuals, groups, or healthcare organizations.
